1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and 777nbd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the 777nbd online casino, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and all other gaming services available at 777nbd.app.

2. Account Registration

To register an account with 777nbd, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh who are at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services;
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee of 777nbd or any affiliated entity;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or restriction that would prohibit you from gambling online;
• All funds you deposit on the platform are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

777nbd reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 777nbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point when 777nbd deems verification necessary.

Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) dated within the last three months. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 777nbd does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction charges. Deposit funds are credited to your 777nbd account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777nbd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. 777nbd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within two (2) business hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Complex cases requiring additional verification may take longer.

Currency. All transactions on the 777nbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are all denominated in BDT.

777nbd reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the member's account balance if the request was placed in error by the member, if KYC verification is outstanding, or if a pending bonus wagering requirement has not been met. Reversed funds remain available for wagering but are not paid out until all conditions are satisfied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777nbd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates.

Welcome Bonus. New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the current promotion terms. The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are disclosed in the promotion-specific terms.

Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside the context of the promotion for which they were issued. 777nbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practical.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to 777nbd.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 777nbd content without prior written authorisation. Scraping platform data, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms, using automated tools is expressly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777nbd's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777nbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not 777nbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777nbd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or technical failures may temporarily affect platform availability. 777nbd will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

777nbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the full Privacy Policy to understand how your data is used, stored, and protected.

In summary: 777nbd collects only the personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

11. Account Closure and Termination

Closure by Member. You may request closure of your 777nbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, provided the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500.

Closure by 777nbd. 777nbd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other members; (c) the member is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires it to do so.

Where an account is closed by 777nbd due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any bonus funds, free spins, bonus winnings, and winnings derived from bonus funds at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money funds that were deposited and are not associated with a bonus may be returned at 777nbd's discretion following investigation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777nbd operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Complaints Procedure. If you wish to raise a formal complaint, please contact the support team in writing with full details of your complaint and your account username. 777nbd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days. We are committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all member disputes.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 777nbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
